I got a phone call and when I answered it there was no one there so I hung up.  Then they called my emergency contact number said the company was Global something or other.  I think it may be a debt collector even though I do not owe anyone any money.  A student loan company has been calling me lately saying then can reduce my student loan debt but I won't talk to them because I don't believe them.

Keeps leaving a message saying they need to discuss a "personal matter". Sounds like a recording or scripted call.
