I just received a call from this number, didn't answer it, because it is probably scammers.

I received a call this morning no name or business name .She said she's contacting me from the process of the summons division notifying me of two fradualent activity attached to my name and number. She left me a number and a case number...But who in the world are they?

They are criminals who are trying to extort money from you by scaring you about some bogus charges. Ignore.

Someone called my HUSBAND'S phone - caller stated she was Nicole Smith w/ Pre-trial Processing, that they were looking for me in reference to 2 charges of fraud, and that they needed to hear from me by 3 pm today or they would begin proceedings.  The original call came from 601-351-9607 but the call-back number they gave him was 954-653-2265.  When I called, I spoke w/ a man that gave me the last four numbers of my social security number (which weren't mine) and asked for my date of birth (which I did not give).  Also, as he verified my middle name - you guessed it - not mine. He said they are a people-finder for collections - guess they don't bother to make sure they have the CORRECT person before they start w/ the rudeness and intimidation.
