rang twice then hung up no voicemail

phone rang..did not answer...no message left....shows as Nextel Communications when I googled the number

Called at 3:37 PM 4/22, did not pick up. From Picayune, MS.

Just got a call, and answered this one. Foreign accent stating I can lower the interest on my credit cards. I played along. When I asked what kind of information they needed from me, he said they needed the credit card number I wanted the interest rate lowered on. I replied they were calling a NO-CALL number. <click> I knew what they wanted the entire time. This will become another blocked number.
