Who is this

this person keeps calling and texting even being told to leave me and my family alone. he is abusive and threatening. he sounds like a black men, probably between 25-35 years old. he calls and texts back to back. sometimes he tries to solicit us to buy things from him, but we have refused.

Rec'd a call from 601-238-8367, inquiring about my baking business. Couldn't speak clear. Asking if I made candy cakes. Then he said he wanted to come by to look at my albums, I told him no I wasn't able to see him at the moment. He texted me and asked me what was my first and last name I didn't respond
