Got a call on a very static filled line from a John Star who gave a badge ID, saying I'd been audited and found to have underpaid from 2011-2016 and that I needed to fix the situation or homeland security was going to pick me up for 72 hours. Then I could file a case against the IRS or pay the default taxes of $6k+. I asked for supervisor and got another man Ben McCoy. He got angry when I asked for a certified letter on all this. He wanted to know if I was going to pay now or deal with consequences which could add up to 5 years in prison and $50k fine. Both men had thick accents.
