this is an illegal payday loan collection agency using Mary Williams phone number from Jackson MS   They are not in Jackson, and use this number to trick you into answering the phone.  They are not liscensed and use many illegal and unethical scare tactics.  They have absolutely no authority.

scam that uses peoples home phone numbers on their caller id.  do not answer.  identified herself as Kimberly Perry and has used Mary Williams in the past
