call from a this number with a voice recording saying is being charged for bank charged, then goes to say if I wish to stop this to push the 9 on the phone or call 1-202-417-2021 to speak with someone

They offered me a free cruise, but told me I had to pay an International fee of $59 per person today. They basically tried to pressure me to give them my card info to pay for it. There were also noises in the background that sounded like a home environment.

Have been getting calls and it just rings once. If I call back says " good bye". I just blocked this number now.
