Used a great suggestion I read somewhere -- after multiple calls from "no one" at the other end, they finally talked tonight. Told me they wanted me to do a survey; I told them I charge $25 for that, and asked them which of their credit cards they would like to put it on. The caller, a woman, seemed very taken aback, and stammered "what?!" I repeated my offer; she said "no thanks," and hung up. Hopefully, using this tactic will get these phone solicitors to stop calling so much.
