The caller starts off by stating that the call is being recorded and then tries to get you to say "yes". In this instance he asked if I could hear him. DO NOT SAY YES. The latest scam involves getting a recording of you saying yes and then using that recording to approve transactions from your credit card or bank accounts. DO NOT SAY YES.
