Rec'd call 4/18/16 at 3:06 pm ET - after a delay, "Kevin" said he's with Giving Hearts, a charity, "but we don't ask people for money" and "we're calling on behalf of local home improvement companies offering free estimates outside of your home or inside bathrooms" and the "home improvement companies will donate to local charities if you accept their estimates"...."Kevin" could not give me their charity registration number - said he knew they're a 501 charity but didn't have the registration number and "all that's on the website".  Right.  I receive calls from this scam frequently but usually don't answer.  I asked to be removed from their calling list and Kevin said, "Oh, we were already gonna do that".  Local online news patch.com has a 2012 article warning people about this charity scam.  Since "scam" isn't a category listed, I had to identify this caller as a "telemarketer".
