Robot call saying Its my last call regarding my credit card. If I don't use credit cards how could it even be my 1st let alone my last?

As per a reverse directory that I use this number belongs to Hill Kenneth out of Michigan. They are a telemarketer. Trying to get credit card information, in which I don't have any credit cards.

Received a call from 586-495-1122 on 06/20/2016 at 4:20 PM, the CNAM read as "HILL KENNETH." I answered and heard the following recorded message: "We have made several attempts to reach you. This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate. Press one to speak to the Member Services Department or press two and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire."

thanks for the above.  I did not answer but caller I.D. said Hill Kenneth.  Sneaky ways of increasing our curiosity.  oh, well.
