Just got a call from this number. Didn't leave a message.

Called my cell (which is on the Do Not Call Registry - like that really matters).  No Message.  I called back from a generic landline and the recording says the survey you are calling about is closed.  Why can't these people be stopped!  How much of a loser do you have to be to pull this crap on people.
