Call back gets, "goodbye."  That's it, no voicemail, no identification of the company, just "goodbye."  Now if that doesn't spell lying scam, I don't know what does.  Block it.

It's one thing to be foul enough scum to use an autodialer as part of a scam that only works 0.0001% of the targets.
It's another thing to be scum that foul but also so incompetent as to not even be able to configure and use the autodialer correctly.
