Got a call today and they called themselves CFS. Central Financial Services.

A Michelle Green called looking for my daughter, I gave her a real work out, who are you, where are you from, what's this about,  she just wanted to verify that this was my daughter's phone number and would not leave a message so I said no I would not verify it.  She will have to work a little harder.

They call several times a week. They're trying to collect on medical bills from my brother who passed away in May. I told them he had passed away and that nobody by that last name lives here - doesn't matter.

They called me in regards to a medical bill for my daughter, for a date of service when my daughter was actually out of state. They asked me to confirm my address and advised me that the address i gave was incorrect. The gentleman then began to get rude to me. I advised him that I wanted to dispute the bill being it was impossible it was my daughter. He basically called me a liar and refused to give me any more information about it. I contacted the hospital that he had originally said he was collecting for, they advised me that they take several precautions to avoid mis identification. Blah...blah..blah. Eventually I got it taken care of and they sent me a letter of explanation in regards to the improper billing. I am still getting calls.  They are rude, call me several times a day, it is ridiculous.
