It called my cell phone but didn't ring. How is that possible? I wouldn't have answered it anyway since it's a number I'm not familiar with. Going to block it.

Received a call from this phone number stated I missed it at 1 but had my phone on me it didn't ring. I tried to call it back right away but it was busy so I now blocked.

Just ignored this call. No message. From the looks of all the people they are calling, I would say bill collector got themselves a new number. Blocked.
