called my cell # which I do not answer unless I know who it is.
Does no good to tell them not to call. File complaint with the FCC.gov but then this probably won't help either.

This number called and when I answered there was a beep then a man came on. He said this was not a solicitation but a reasearch call about my government. I ask him to not call this number any more as it was on the Do Not Call list. He said he could call as it was not a solicitation. WRONG....and again I asked him not to call and to add it to their Do Not Call list. He continued to talk as I was talking and then bluntly said "[***]" then hung up. Whomever this is should be stopped and reprimanded. The caller ID states "Michigan".

3rd time this number has tried to call, 3rd time I didn't answer. Caller ID just says "Michigan". The mystery caller never leaves a message

I got two calls today so far, I am on do not call list.
I no longer take call if I do not recognize number.
I agree this is an intrusion and would like to see it stopped and the people initiating the calls fined.
