Called today and left no message.
Seemed like an odd number to call a TX cell that resides in WA.
I never answer numbers I do not know.

This no. has called my cell about 15 times since yesterday.  A guy with a middle Eastern accent  keeps saying I have critical errors in my laptop.  I don't even own a laptop. Then he said what about your home PC, which I don't have one either.  I have told him to stop calling my phone and he's still calling.  Can't really understand too much of what he says but it's really annoying.
