Caller I.D. shows this number as "invalid #". Leaves no message and calls more then once in the same day.

Scammer. Male voice with edited return phone number in some low rent carnival barker tone of voice.
"Hello, this is an important message about a legal status of your account. As recently as instructed by attorney general of this state, this must be resolved immediately. Please call back at 435-374-4984" then repeats the number. "You must call back RIGHT NOW!"
