Received a call from this number. Broken English speaking female started into oration. Call discontinued after being told not to call again

SSI, nothing I am currently recieveing have applied for or want.  Called back and listened to an automated message about how supporting ssi can help the country.  It seemed to be a poll of some sorts.  Called In the afternoon yesterday and today.  No option to remove from call list so I'll answer tomorrow and get them to stop calling.

Odd. Some lunatic, of unknown sex or vintage, coughed 3 times into the phone before I hung up on them. Probably some Gypsy hex attempt on me.
