Got a message from an unknown number which said someone would be at my house with a summons within the next 24 hours and to call 585-207-0865. I called the number and it was an electronic voice mail that the person was on another call. No company name given.

This guy Mr. Riley just called here and said he was an investigator for legal law office for the IRS. He was investigating a check fraud from NBT Bank. He said he was looking for a Floyd VandeWalker or Vanderwebb. The man sounded drunk as his speech was quite slurred and I did answer and was rude to him. And he said that's how you answer your phone I said yes with so many scams out there. He said he was recording me but I have him recorded too.So he said he lose my number. Is he even legit or is his bottle of liquor getting heavy?.
