I was not in when the call was made.  I have an answer machine, so if this call really was important and legitimate, they would have left a message.  They left no message.  And my call display said this was an "Unknown" caller.  Since I don't know anyone in Quebec, I assume this was not a call of importance - to me!

Just got a call from them.  No message left.

Same as the others--calls but no messages.  I no longer answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.  I figure that if it's important, the caller will leave a message.

Answered the call, heard a beep, and then I hung up.
