They keep calling my cell, but never leave a message.  When I call back a computer says I've reached DCR and to hold for an account specialist.  I have held up to 20 minutes with no answer.

This nerd keeps calling me and its annoying!! This number calls me like every couple of weeks. If I dont regonize the number I dont answer it.

I recieved a call as well from this number at my work and he just acted like he was unable to hear me.  Has an accent wasn't sure who he was looking for.  Does anyone know who DCR is?

They are really known as BCR out of Minnesota. They have numbers through out the state to avoid breaking collection act practices (which to my knowledge is illegal) that vary from state to state. They work for AT&T among other companies.

All you have to do is contact your lawyer about the harassment then ask if he or she minds you contacting your phone provider and have them forward this number to your attorney. I did and my lawyer got me out of my cell phone bill.
