This is Credit One Bank. They are now using a different number because I blocked the other number because they call you every five minutes. They don't care about your financial situation so if you don't talk with them and set up a payment plan with them they continue to harrass you. Just keep blocking their numbers. They will get paid when I have some money. Can't pull it fromt he air.

I should have never signed up for this predatory card but I wanted a card for emergencies and unfortunately medical bills and overwhelming debt has finally beat me.  I stopped paying credit one so I know that it is a legit call, but I will never answer again and I have blocked at least 50 numbers thank God I used my google voice and they don't have my cell number, I am getting enough calls from other places.  I will do bankruptcy soon but until then the predatory creditor will haunt my every waking moment!
