I did a reverse look up; it id "unknown" but is in Enid, OK.  I did get a human (not computer) asking for my wife.  When I told them she was not in they hung up quickly before I could ask what they wanted.

Got a call from this number a couple of days ago. It was a telemarketer asking for donations to support the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. They had called once before from a different number, and called again the day after, even though I've told them repeatedly that I'm not interested and not to call again.  Apparently, non-profit companies don't have to follow the 'Do Not Call List' rules that everyone else does.
