they just call and sit on the phone.

They called me and said nothing

They call and say nothing when you call them back they wont answer

They called my daughter's cell, we missed the call so I called it right back.  They picked the phone up and before I could ask who they were, they hung up happened over and over again.

Missed the call, called back and it said it wasn't a working number.
