Abusive language.  Threatening, disrespectful and rude.  Please stop this person. Said he was with Tucker Publishing ... not.  Caller id says Kaw City OK

caller asked for owner by name. said he was Jack Mercer from Mercer industries. I told him the owner what not available and asked if he wanted to leave a message or let me help him. He got rude and upset. He asked where the owner was, I repeated his options of a message or assistance from me, to which he asked if I was a low life. I told him we are done here, goodbye.

Called today, asked for my boss by his first name.  I said "he's on another line right now, would you like to hold or his voice mail?"  He hung up before I could even finish.

He called here this afternoon asking for the owner by name, I told him he was on break, asked if I could take a message and he said, "on break hmm ok..." and hung up.

RW with Tucker's called and asked for the Boss' formal name, when I told him he was working from a different location, he said, he just told me to call him back in the office, and I see his truck at the office. I said sir you do not, cause he is not here and I have other calls to tend to. I tried to be nice in case it was legit, next time RW won't be so lucky! They are idiots, and I get paid to make sure idiots DONT get thru to the Boss!
