IRS scam. Unknown. Number, message left on cell  re IRS filing lawsuit. IRS does not call, they will contact via US Mail. Advised by tax attorney to file complaint with the Treasury Dept. This scam is against Federal Law, it is prosecuted as a criminal offence. Caller now blocked.
