This number states they are reward redemption stating I won a gift card. News to me..

Telemarketer for "great savings" plans... everybody "qualifies" for some "free" gift cards, rebates, etc...  just cover $1 here or $5 there for the cost of sending you the great info and the $100 in online rebates is yours to keep for free (just make sure you cancel the trial for xyz in the first xxx days or you'll be billed $19.99)... that sort of thing

Got a call today from this number 575-613-7460. Did not recognize the number, did not answer. No message left.
