Recorded message indicating IRS is filing a lawsuit against me....these scammers never give up, do they?

IRS DOES NOT SUE ANYBODY. People are so freaked out over the IRS that this scam has become very profitable. These people should be put before a firing squad.

Keep getting calls saying IRS has a lawsuit against us. We want these calls to stop.

Left 2 messages on the answering machine stating it was the IRS and filing a lawsuit.  Called the number and "Punjab" ( that is what I will call him since he did not identify himself) answered.  I let him know the IRS will never call and leave such a message and hung up.
