Received same call, diff #yesterday. Sounded like same man, heavy accent, very loud background noise, answering Internal Revenue Service. Said I received a call, but b4 we began was conferencing in the Police Dept. He immediately hung up on me. SCAM- Why can't they be stopped??!!
