Typical scammer trying to say you have a civil suit against you and are going to serve papers at your place of work or residence.

574-968-8334 CALLS ON A WORK PHONE AT A HOSPITAL WAITING ROOM AND SAYS THAT A CASE HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST YOU FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AND A SUMMONS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR WORK PLACE OR HOME SO TO TAKE CARE OF THIS YOU NEED TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND EVEN GIVES YOU A FAKE CASE # THAT IS NOT A REAL CASE NUMBER IN OUR TOWN. I KEEP TRYING TO CALL THE NUMBER BUT IT JUST RINGS AND I WILL KEEP SPEED DIALING IT ALLL DAY LONG AND HARASS THEM AS MUCH AS I CAN.

This has called our business line for 2 days in a row! Telling me a fraud case has been opened against me (but they are calling the main line of an insurance company!) I tried to call back just rings annoyed!

I just got the same message - fraudulent activity with the social security #.  2 charges will be filed against me and that I will be notified.  I called 574-968-8334 and it just keeps on ringing.  These idiots are so annoying!

Same as the others...fraudulent activity...using my ss# refer to CL4239...WTH?
