I was called by this number after midnight 3 times.....its a scam . VODAFONE changed my number for me and logged it with offcom

Yo creo que tiene que ver con Cuba- Yo soy cubano y vivo en Canada. Me llamaron de ese numero y escucho perfectamente a alguien en la otra linea. Pero no me contestan. Si fuera un familiar al menos dijera Hello o Oigo!! Tambien lo considero sospechoso.. Con Cuba nunca se sabe.
