This guy told me he was from Publishers Clearing house (we have never given them my cell number).  He wouldn't give me a name. He had an accent pretty heavy. I asked where he was from-said he was calling from South Bend IN. I asked where he was from he said Brazil. I then told him I knew South Bend well and asked him what street his office was on. He quickly changed the subject and asked if I was messing with him. I told him to stuff it and hung up then blocked the number.

This is an additional note to the information prior. I called publishers clearing House and spoke with a person there that said they never never contact anyone by phone and she quickly asked me if we had sent him any money. I said no I knew this was a scam but I wanted them to have the information. She took down my story on this phone number and said she'll turn it over to the proper authorities that they work with all time including the FCC.  She stated that she was very glad I had called with this information. By the way my phone is listed with the do not call list. I just double checked it the other day.

This person keeps calling about Publisher Clearing house and i won 5 million. I hung up keeps calling.

I just got a call about winning $5million and a new Mercedes.
