I got the same call and they said I owed 1724 and they needed my lawyers info because files were being filed against me.

The message is this is "Alley and Burk" and that a complaint has been filed against you and please call us or we will
put [something] in your file.
Never been to MO.

I have been receiving calls all week with the same voice message. Never mention my name or differ from same voice mail. Its a scam to try to get $ from people. Block the #
