Our office received a call from Lee Mason with STV claiming the office manager had approved an office order for sharpies and pens. This was never authorized. Please be aware they are very convincing.

Happens all the time.  Office supplies, shipping supplies, light bulbs, printer and cash register ribbons...and usually at three to six times the normal price.  I tell them to stop in and see me personally, I don't buy over the phone.

We did receive a return call from Julie with STV and she apologized for Lee Mason's tactics. I am hoping they address the issue. Once a company uses these tactics their reputation is ruined.

PERSON CALLED AND GAVE US PRICES...THEY WERE CHEAP SO WE ORDERED 4 PACKAGES OF 3 ITEMS TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS OK BEFORE WE PLACED A LARGER ORDER.  WE RECIEVED 4 GROSS OF EACH ITEM AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO RETURN CALLS NOW.

The person called giving specific information on who transferred the call and what I usually ordered. I told her we did not have the room to store office supplies, only maybe a few pens. We were sent 3 heavy large boxes with and invoice with no pricing. They are being sent back as refused.
Total SCAM!!
