Keep getting calls from this number. States I qualified for a federal grant, they are not even American??

We received a call from this number on our office line at about 3 PM today (Tuesday). I was listening to an online recorded message at the time and did not want to interrupt that to answer. Plus, we rarely answer unrecognized numbers.
I later called the number back on an out-of-state cell phone and reached a recording saying that we had been selected to possibly be in "today's $5,000 jackpot drawing," or something like that, if I would answer some simple survey questions. At that point I discontinued the call.

got a call from this number this morning. they dont leave a message and i dont answer calls i dont know. pretty sure they have called me before multiple times and getting annoyed by them not leaving a message.

We received yet another call today from this number on Tuesday afternoon this week and did not answer. Apparently we are in the pool yet again for another jackpot drawing.

Calls from random #'s that never leave messages.  The one time I answered (half asleep)  there was a spanish speaking person rattling on about something.  Sounded like a sales call.  This # has called 2 x's.
