Stop calling me!

"Hi, this is Brooke, I'm a trip adviser calling on a recorded line.."... Blocked.

Called 3/16 am Woodbridge VA on caller ID. I'm so and so from Trip Advisor, can you hear me ok? Stupid me said yes, as I use Trip Advisor frequently. They hung up as soon as I said yes. Just got scanned. Tried calling back on the number they called me...no answer. Tried calling back on work phone got records message saying Customer service. I'm getting a lot  of unknown calls lately from Woodbridge, VA which is my area code so it looks local. I ignore and inevitably, there's no message so I assume it's a scammer.
