We recieved this call today and had heard on the news of such bogus IRS   calls.
I simply hung up.  His english was so poor could hardly understand everything he said.
It was a pre recorded message.

The same as the others.  My "officers" name was Forrester. If he calls again, he will be directed to my attorney.
