VOIP  line with unverifiable owner.  Called my house at 8am , illegal.  I just blocked the caller.  Number is registered as being located in Washington VA caller ID says Washington DC

Have received multiple calls from this number asking for "Erin" when they leave a VM. Called my house at 8:30 am this morning.

Why doesn't the Do Not Call List work? Asked for my husband, said he wasn't here...total silence. Blocked from my phone!  Funny they never know your last name! [***] all of them!

CID = Washington, DC.  I no longer answer the phone, and they left no message.  Been receiving calls from this and two other similar numbers.  (571) 777 9020, (571) 777 9038, (571) 777 9039.  These are either spoofed numbers or someone has purchased a large number of lines.
