This number calls 1 or 2 times per Week and has been doing so for several months, no message is ever left and when I star 67 it a recording says it is not a valid phone number. If you think you have received this recording in error check the number and try again.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.
