I just received a call from this number again.  One Saturday, I made the mistake and called them back.  When I realized it was a possible scam, I hung up and they blew up my phone that entire Saturday until I screamed into the phone that I had reported them as a scam....

Mark, I received a call from the same number saying the same thing.  It was a recording.  I called back and it went straight to voicemail.  I found it disturbing that when I called back, there was no mention of the company or department I was calling.

Same message.  I knew it was a scam so didn't call back.  This guy called a couple of months ago.  Very irritating.  I think this is also a different number so he's at it again.  Stop this guy!

Same message, I did not call back. I recorded (from voice mail) the message and took it to the local police station, they said it was a scam, I then passed it on to our local newspaper.
