National Collection Co. or Agency, trying to collect for medical bills that I need a little more time on since I was laid off from work, etc. I will pay when I can, as I said before, we are all disabled now, so we will pay, just need more time. No family, no help. Life is like that. Never not paid a bill for these things in 35 years. they do no care, they just want their dollars and want it now. This is for a very high, well known, university hospital in Baltimore Maryland. They get all kinds of grants and donations and help, but they dog the little guy. They have never asked or offered help.
