Calls all the time and does not leave a message- put a block up

Called at 2 pm on Sunday.  Left no message.  The Do Not Call List is a big f***ing Joke.

I called back and the automated message said: "Thank you for calling the corporate office please leave brief message after the tone, thank you". The woman's voice was abrasive and rushed. The next automated message directly after instructed me to push the # after my message, to cancel push *. I, of course, hung up... It's not the company I work for!

Recvd a call from this number only to hear some old  man screaming my nAme like a weirdo. I can't help but wonder why we have a do not call list if it's no good?
The man said nothing more simply hung up.

Did not leave a message.
