called my landline today. just some pervert silently listening on the other end, wouldn't give him the satisfaction of saying hello and "inviting" him in, so he/she hung up.  not much info about the number but this 571 area code has called me numerous times with various scams about senior insurance, cancer research, political propaganda, etc. have never received a legitimate call from any number in this area code so seriously doubt this one!
