"Ashley" began t as liking as soon as phone picked up. "This is Ashley, from United Insurance"  As soon as recorded voice from answering machine came on, she hung up.  I'D says unknown, but area code is Herndon, Va.

Unknown caller, no message. 9/14/15, 5pm

The number keeps calling me and when I do answer there is a very unpleasant foreign man that give me a very difficult time saying I am wanted.  Little does he realize is that I am actual law enforcement and he is harassing me.  I have received a call from this number twice on December 11 and today December 16 1258hrs.  Tells me they are from the IRS and also have been told they are some foreign national company.

"Ashley" kept calling out my name as though she couldn't hear me and then she hung up.
