Call me and when answer they hang up and then they keep calling back.

Received repeated calls (5) to a personal cell phone, in contravention of dnc legal prohibitions, in less than 10 minutes just before 8pm est. Harassing in nature, persistant in their repetitive and obnoxious tone - also spawned calls from an obviously affilitated number 571-392-3925. A firm behaving in a criminal nature.  DNC complaints filed.

I was checking out affordable health care online and to get a quote. they require your name, address and phone #. Once you fill out that information, you have unknowingly given them permission to pursue you. I was on another phone when they called 4 times in 5 minutes. When I finally answered the 4th call, I told them I was no longer interested. I consider this predatory marketing, just like the online universities and job boards.

This person or whom ever it is calling more than once " 4 times" within 2 minutes is beyond annoying and rude. If it's important they can and should leave a voicemail or use their correct caller id. Don't pay attention nor pick up if they call.
