This was from an ad on Craigslist-NOVA to rehome a female pitbull puppy. They don't answer the phone, and do not respond to texts.  The ad looks suspicious because the puppy is absolutely gorgeous, and who would just find her a new home for a small rehoming fee?? It just didn't seem right . . . even though they left a cell #.
