Caller ID said 'SRVC CALL'. Tried to call in while I was on the line so I did not answer. Another website says it is a spoofed number.

Just received a call from this number with caller I.D. saying SRVC Call.  I didn't answer, but did call the number back.  Recording said, "You have reached customer communications management platform.  You were called by a representative to get more information."  "Press 1 if you wish to speaker with a customer service or press 2 to be put in our database of 'do not call."  I pressed number one and was told to leave message after beep.  Of course I didn't leave a message.  

Says "Cell Phone VA".  I didn't answer; left no message.  

WE ANSWERED AND THE LADY SAID SHE WAS ASKING FOR A DONATION FOR BREAST CANCER.HE LAYS THE PHONE DOWN AND I PICKED IT UP AS SHE STARTS READING IT OFF TO ME I LET HER KNOW I DO NOT GIVE MONEY DONATION TO ANY ONE THAT CALLS ME ON THE PHONE.SO SHE SAID SHE WILL TAKE ME OFF THEIR CALLING LIST.WE WILL SEE IF THAT HAPPENS..BUT WHEN IT SHOWED UP ON THE ID CALLER IT WAS SRVC CALL.LOOKS LIKE A SURVEY CALL TO ME NOT A DONATION CALL..

Caller ID says SRVC Call.  Recording of a women states her name is Helen and that she is fine, and asks how I am.
