Caller ID shows "CHARITY."  When answered, the male says he is seeking donations for the Virginia Law Enforcement community.  I asked how much of the donation goes to the cause.  He said, "They are guaranteed up to 15 percent."  That means Charity is getting the minimum of 85 cents for every dollar they collect.  Talk about a SCAM!

This number shows up I, and calls many times every single day and all hours of the day including as early as 6:00 AM all the way up to 9:30 PM. Someone needs to shut this down, it's annoying. I'm supposed to have an unlisted number that has been changed twice now for there are so many different numbers coming in, and it's no one I know.

This phone call not only calls every day, but sometimes several times a day.  It's very annoying.  Thank goodness I a) turn the ringer off the land line, and b) take messages so I can record this.  I see I'm not the only one.  This is almost like stalking.  Is there any recourse?
