Call came in but no message.

Some guy called at 8:30 on the Sunday night after Christmas. He said he was with the Manassas Fraternal Order of Police. He had a very officious voice, almost intimidating (or so he must think). He wants money (surprise!) I think he wanted me me believe he was a cop. I interrupted him three times and each time he became more agitated. I hung up before he could finish his spiel.

I happen to know that the FOP does not do phone solicitation. So, he's a fraud.
